Episode 95 is here!  In this episode Albert and Julius decide to talk a bit about solo games.  This time, they cover some news Kickstarter games and a game feature!  The game is none other than Suburbia by Ted Alspach and published by his own label, Bezier Games.  This is a neat game about building your own city and came out just a few years ago.

Welcome to 2016! Albert and Julius start off the year with a bang, talking about Hostage Negotiator, which involves minimal bombs and explosions. We then start building a city of dice with a chat about Dice City. Oh, and there's the normal news and mini reviews.

This latest episode of the show, we cover a cool new solo game called Airborne Commander.  It was designed by Aaron Lauster and published by Stratamax Games.  This deck-building game is not unlike Friday in style, size and color.  We also talk about the idea of story in solo games.

In this episode, Albert interviews Alan Emrich about Victory Point Games and his upcoming kickstarter release game, Nemo's War 2nd Edition. Albert and Julius then discuss the People's Choice Top 100 Solo Games, discussing straight from 100 through grand number 1.

We receive an unexpected phone call from an old friend this week. Join Albert and Julius as we discuss the theme of Cthulhu in gaming. We also review Cards of Cthulhu as an example of a Lovecraft-themed game,

Albert's not well this week, so Julius and his brother Yitzchak as a guest host are here to chat. They talk about some news, excitement about Essen, and a few popular kickstarters. Since both of them have recently been playing Red November, an older coop game with drunken gnomes! Then, they discuss playing puzzles and some of their favorite puzzle games.

Finally summer break is over and things return to normal.  Well, at least we make a poor attempt at normal.  In this show we have a small news segment and a small Kickstarter report, followed by two game reviews.  That's right... two!

Albert is finally back from vacation but now Julius is missing.  This episode features the return of the guest host, Chris Hansen.  In this episode Chris and I look at Frontline: D-Day, designed and published by Dan Verssen.    This is a WW2 game in which you control individual soldiers fighting in the front line (hence the name).  Albert also does a quick interview with Karl Fenner regarding Police Precinct, which is still on Kickstarter for a few days more.
